The Italian Greyhound 2 oz Paper Boat Gin 4 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice 1 oz Campari or Aperol Fresh Sage for garnish Fill your glass with ice and add gin, Campari, and grapefruit juice. Gently stir and garnish with fresh sage. Dive in!
