Cranberry Gin & Tonic

Thanksgiving-inspired and perfect to enjoy with a traditional meal. The cranberry gin & tonic is simple and delish.

Pro tip: freeze your cranberries!

Ingredients

1.5 oz Paper Boat Gin
2 oz pure cranberry juice
Top with tonic water
1/2 lime juiced
Lime wedge (garnish)
Frozen cranberries (garnish)

Method

Over ice, combine gin, cranberry juice, lime juice
Top with tonic and garnish with lime wedge and cranberries
Dive in!

Ingredients

1 oz Paper Boat Artisanal Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari
Orange Twist (garnish)
Maraschino Cherry (garnish)

Method

Add gin, vermouth, and Campari to mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled
Strain into glass over ice
Garnish with a twist of orange peel & Maraschino cherry.

There is nothing quite like a bramble to make you feel summery. In an effort to hang on to those summer feelings, we're sharing our favourite bramble recipe, the Paper Boat Raspberry Bramble. Dive in.

Ingredients

2 oz Paper Boat Artisanal Gin
1 oz Cointreau
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
7-8 raspberries
Mint Leaf

Method

Add gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, & 4-5 raspberries to mixing glass
Muddle berries, stir cocktail, & strain over crushed ice
Garnish with three raspeberries and a mint leaf

The Gin Fizz is one of those cocktails every home bartender, no matter their skill level, should master. It's delicious, easy to make, and presents marvellously! Your dinner guests are sure to be impressed.

Ingredients

2 oz Paper Boat Artisanal Gin
0.5 oz Maple Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 of an Egg White
1 oz Club Soda
Lemon Peel (garnish)
Sage Leaf (garnish)

Method

Add gin, maple syrup, lemon juice, egg white to shaker & vigorously shake without ice for 10 - 15 seconds
Add ice & continue to shake for 15 - 20 seconds
Strain into glass and top with Club Soda
Garnish with lemon twist and sage leaf
Enjoy!

Light and refreshing, this Tom Collins gets an update thanks to the unexpected addition of Blood Moon Blood Orange Sour!

Ingredients
2 oz Paper Boat Artisanal Gin
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
3-4 dashes Orange Bitters
Blood Moon Sour
Dried Orange Slice
Sprig of Thyme

Method

Add gin, simple syrup, lemon juice & bitters to shaker
Fill shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds
Strain into glass over ice and top with Blood Moon
Garnish with a sprig of thyme and dried orange slice
Enjoy!
