It is light and refreshing, bursting with juicy grapefruit and balanced with subtle woodsy rosemary; you can expect a fruity and herbaceous cocktail that pairs perfectly with summertime.
What You'll Need: 2 oz rosemary-infused gin 3 oz fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice 1 oz simple syrup Soda water Garnish: Rosemary sprig & grapefruit wedge For the rim: Lemon, lime, or grapefruit wedge 1 Tbsp Course Sea Salt 1/2 cup Sugar 2 Tbsp Grapefruit zest How You'll Make it: Add a few bunches of rosemary to your gin bottle and leave it in a cool, dark place for 24 hours. Add infused gin, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shake with ice. Shake until icy cold. Rim your glass with the salty-sweet blend Pour into a tall glass with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a rosemary sprig, & grapefruit wedge. Dive in!
