While it isn’t the night before Christmas yet, we still have visions of sugar plums dancing in our heads.
Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy 1 oz Paper Boat Gin 0.5 oz Plum Simple Syrup (1/2 cup water, 1/2 sugar, plums) 0.5 oz Lemon Juice Prosecco to top Plum and Thyme garnish Make the plum simple syrup. Combine sugar and water and bring to a boil, remove from heat and add plums. Stir and let cool. In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, and plum simple syrup. Shake for 20 seconds. Pour into glass filled with ice and top with Prosecco. Garnish with plums and thyme. Dive in.
