Cocktails & Dreams Season 3 - Cold Brew Gin & Tonic

Welcome back for season 3 of Cocktails & Dreams, where the bar is always open - because it's at home. We're shaking things up this season and presenting you with autumnal cocktails to carry you through the cozy season.

Chris, owner & founder of Whitewater, is kicking us off with a modern twist on a classic cocktail - a Cold Brew Gin & Tonic. 

The classic G&T gets an artisanal and caffeinated twist thanks to the addition of Paper Boat Gin and cold brew coffee. Check out the full recipe below:

• 1 oz Paper Boat Gin 
• 1.5 oz Cold Brew Coffee
• 0.5 oz Brown Sugar Syrup
• Tonic of your choice

In a 12 oz glass, add lots of ice. Pour in gin, coffee, and brown sugar syrup and stir. 

Top with your favourite tonic water.
Dive in! 

Brown Sugar Syrup

• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• Pinch of cinnamon

In a small saucepan, gently heat brown sugar, water, and cinnamon. 
Let simmer until all the sugar has dissolved, about 4-5 minutes. Stir frequently.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Let cool.
