Our iced Cobden Chai Cocktail offers comfy, cozy flavours perfect for autumn. Made with homemade brown sugar syrup, this cocktail a balance of spice and sweet that everyone will love.
What You'll Need: 1.25 oz Paper Boat Gin 1 oz Brown Sugar Syrup 1/4 oz lemon juice, fresh squeezed 3/4 cup Chai; room temperature 1 sprig of rosemary Cinnamon sticks, for garnish For the brown sugar syrup: 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup water 1 tsp vanilla Dash of cinnamon Step One: Prepare the brown sugar syrup. Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool Step Two: To make the cocktail, add all ingredients, except the rosemary and cinnamon sticks, to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until very cold. Step Three: Strain into a cocktail tumbler prepared with ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and cinnamon sticks. Dive in!
